Shipping policy

The processing time for us to get your order ready to ship is between 1-7 business days BEFORE shipping. This does not include holidays or weekends. After the processing time is completed, your order is shipped and will arrive to you between 1-4 business days. 
Customers will receive a tracking number from Alchemy Beauty when your order has shipped. 

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to add Route Protection at checkout your package will be fully protected from loss, damage, or theft!
