How long does it take to get my order?
After processing, which typically ranges from 1-7 business days, standard shipping is 1-4 business days. Foreign shipping could take up to 10 business days. Processing times are not included in shipping times so please be aware of processing and shipping times.
What is 100% raw hair?
100% Raw Hair is unprocessed hair collected from one donor. It has not undergone ANY chemical treatments or steam processing. It isn’t mixed with any synthetic hair fibers or animal hair unlike “Brazilian” or Virgin hair from China. This is the highest quality hair in the world as it is 100% natural & raw!
Can I color or bleach my clips/bundles?
Absolutely! Just one of the many benefits of shopping Alchemy Beauty. Professional color service is advised however have fun with it your 100% raw hair should maintain its natural luster & texture if done correctly!
How should I care for my raw hair extensions?
With proper maintenance and care your hair can last a lifetime. Keep in mind 100% raw hair is human hair and should be cared for as such. Weekly/Bi weekly maintenance is advised such as washing/conditioning depending on how much product buildup you may have. Product buildup can lead to tangling, shedding, and overall lackluster hair which we want to avoid!

Does this hair shed?
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience MINIMUM shedding. Also if you cut your tracks during installation you may experience shedding due to the weft now being broken and strands are easier to slide out. If this happens you may seal your wefts to prevent hair from shedding.
To help with shedding each bundle/Clip has been meticulously crafted and double wefted. But it is also totally normal to get a FEW strands while detangling just as you would with your natural hair.
